Effective November 1, 2026. Last updated October 16, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Puns On Demand LLC, a Missouri limited liability company for using this site and buying from it.
Puns on Demand is a funny t-shirt brand. Every shirt is printed to order in the US. Contact: support@punsondemand.com.
Prices are in US dollars. Shop shirts are $25 and custom shirts are $30. US shipping is free, included in the price. $5 off every shop shirt after the first. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Custom shirts are $30 with free US shipping. At checkout your card is held, not charged. Every custom shirt goes through automated checks plus a person before it is made. If we approve it, we charge the held amount and start printing. If we cannot print it, if you cancel while we are checking it, or if we have not decided within 72 hours, the hold is released and you are not charged. Once printed, a custom shirt is final, except that misprinted, damaged or wrong shirts are replaced free.
Misprinted, damaged or wrong: email support@punsondemand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo for a free replacement or a refund. No returns for size or change of mind. Lost parcels are reshipped or refunded.
Send a notice to support@punsondemand.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject. A counter-notice process applies.
Email us first and give us 30 days to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Lawsuits go to the state or federal courts located in Missouri; either of us may use small-claims court instead.
