Replaced free if misprinted, damaged or wrong, within 30 days of delivery: email support@punsondemand.com with your order number and a photo; no need to send it back. No returns for size or change of mind. A custom shirt is final once it is printed.
Not arrived 3 weeks after it shipped? Email us with your order number. Lost parcels are reshipped free or refunded.
Email us before printing starts to change the address or cancel for a full refund. A parcel returned because the address entered at checkout was wrong is sent again at the cost of printing and shipping; if the mistake was ours or the carrier’s, it is free.
